International Program

Trinity School of Texas is pleased to offer an academic, international, college preparatory program for students from other countries. One of the strengths of our program is that Trinity School of Texas believes, unlike boarding schools, that international students develop a rapid proficiency of the English language by living with an American host family.

Trinity School of Texas is responsible for locating a host family for each student, preparing legal documents, and monitoring the progress of each student throughout the school year. Host families receive monthly compensation in order to cover any costs incurred while the student is living with them. Students are responsible for providing their own spending money for entertainment or personal needs while attending school. Host families provide transportation to all school activities.

International students are required to have health insurance and must provide proof of health insurance coverage upon enrollment. This coverage must remain in effect throughout a student's stay at Trinity School of Texas.

International Program Expenses:

Initial Program Fee: $4,500

Program fee pays for locating a host family, monitoring the student throughout the school year, and preparing legal documents.

Annual Program Maintenance Fee: $1,500

The Annual Program Maintenance fee is paid in subsequent academic years after the student has completed their first academic year at Trinity School of Texas. Trinity School of Texas continues to be responsible for locating a host family should the need arise, monitoring the student's progress throughout the school year, and preparing legal documents.

Host Family Fee: $750

Host family fees are paid to the host family by the parents of an International Student from mid-August through May of each academic year.

Additional costs will be incurred to cover the following expenses:

•  Trinity Registration Fee and Tuition
•  Books
•  Uniforms
•  Lunches
•  Field Trips
•  Miscellaneous school costs such as field trips, extracurricular activities, and tutoring (if needed).
