Early Childhood
Ages 2 years - 4 years

Program Overview

TST's Early Childhood curriculum provides a wide range of educational experiences, each essential to a child's total growth and development. The program recognizes the enormous span of developmental levels represented by the various age groups and is flexible enough to meet the individual needs of each child.

The children discover the joy of learning through planned activities. The center-based classroom environment allows children to choose activities and to work and play independently. The children also have structured learning time when teachers work with small groups for more concentrated instruction. During the daily playground activities, the children develop gross motor skills on the multiple climbing structures and socialization skills. They also experience community awareness from helpers such as dentists, firemen, doctors, and state troopers.

Trinity school of Texas curriculum consists of the following components: Language Development, Mathematics, Social Studies/Science, Art, Music, Gross Motor, Physical Education, and Spanish. Dance and Tumble Bus are optional programs.

CHAPEL
Early Childhood attends chapel on Wednesdays and Fridays. The staff of this program also provides a morning prayer and song time on non-chapel days.
