The Trinity School of Texas believes that each student is a manifestation
of the Creator God, a unique individual in a social matrix searching for self-expression
and identity. The school endeavors to provide a developmentally appropriate
intellectual challenge in an environment and an atmosphere of understanding,
guidance, and love so that all students may achieve their full academic and
personal potential. The school as a family encourages each student to develop
the life skills of independence
and interdependence.
Beginning with the foundation of an Early Childhood program, the curriculum strives to offer a harmony among academic subjects, visual and performing arts, and physical education, culminating in the college preparatory program of the Upper School. Students are consistently encouraged and guided to develop personal initiative, independence of mind, clear and accurate expression of thought, and respect for their own health and well-being. The curriculum and regular religious observances seek to demonstrate to students the love of God, the stewardship for his creation, and the responsibility to love and care for others even as they are loved. Education at The Trinity School of Texas endeavors not only to enhance what students know but also to affect who they are and how they relate to others.
The philosophy
and purpose of The Trinity School of Texas are exhibited in our students not
only when they are at school but also as they enter into the larger world,
well prepared to function independently and with charity in the pursuit of
knowledge, with a proper regard for themselves as children of God, and with
a love of and responsibility for God’s creation. We hope to have engendered
in each student an enthusiasm for life-long learning, a respect and regard
for others, and a commitment to find solutions to personal, societal, and
global problems
